The context

Founding engineer for Synapse, a platform for Mexican real-estate developers spanning underwriting, execution monitoring, and asset operations. None of it was AI-native going in. My work is building the agent layer on top and the guardrails that make its outputs safe to ship.

What I built

• AgenticFormulated the core system architecture and tool-calling interfaces for multi-agent workflows executing complex domain financial logic.

Joined IdentityMind as the first core engineering hire in Mexico. After IdentityMind was acquired by Acuant (and later GBG for $736M), I grew into Engineering Manager, helping scale the compliance platform supporting 1,000+ customers.
